Building Company Culture
Gensler Design Strategist Development ProgramAlthough often left to chance, company culture is something that can be designed intentionally, and leveraged to cultivate synchronicities between companies and their employees, and between co-workers. In a time where hybrid and remote work are part of the norm, it is a challenge for companies to establish and maintain a sense of belonging, camaraderie and shared purpose amongst staff. This is particularly true for new hires who don’t have the same in-person opportunity to integrate . This case study proposes a strategy to cultivate company culture through in-person, hybrid and remote methods, in physical and digital space; through hard and soft policies; and through social initiatives. The proposal begins with an analysis of the brief, an outline of the solution, and proposal development.
